"Very nice, clean and comfortable home. Great beds and linens. The kitchen had everything one needs to prepare meals. I would have liked a garlic press but I made do without. The patio had a great view of the golf course and lake. The community was so friendly. The location was close to the stadium, shopping, and restaurants. It was everything and more that we had hoped it would. We had reservations to return next year but we loved it so much we bought our own home while in Surprise."

"Property sits on the 15th green of the golf course with a pond. Peaceful and pretty, nice place to sit outside day and night. Fire pit helps curb the evening chill when the sun goes down. This house has every amenity you would need. The owner did a nice job anticipating guest needs and amenities. Would like to see cable expanded for more sporting events. We would like to return. The community here feels like a resort."

I think I reached out 3 times, and each time I was told someone would get back to me. My sister ended up packing hers up and bringing...

"Beautiful spacious home in a gated community and as described with a great back yard and enticing pool! The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with the little things! The bathtub was a welcome relaxation and the primary had a lovely comfy bed. Very close to shops, grocery stores and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and highly recommend."
