We stayed for 2 weeks during spring training and had a great time! The house was comfortable, clean, and very well equipped (even had a printer). Nice neighborhood and the community pool was great. The owner responded quickly to all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The house is clean and charming! It was too hot at this time of year to enjoy the outside seating area but the yard is pretty! The living area is spacious! Bonus slot and poker machine which sadly were not working. Beautiful property- we’d stay there again!

Great Property, Amenities, and Price!

This home was clean and well stocked of essentials. Communication was excellent. Neighborhood is new and safe with a nearby park a few houses down as well as a couple community pools. I came back to AZ for surgery and some work and felt like I was home again. This home is located near lots of restaurants, entertainment (Fat Cats & Uptown Alley), and shopping.

Perfect Christmas

We were having a family Christmas for the first time in over 10 years, in Surprise. We needed another location to accommodate some of us. Found this gem within blocks of my family. Everything we needed was there. The house was furnished perfectly. No complaints here. The host always answered in a timely fashion. Oh, and we all loved taking our chance on the slot machines. Will stay there again!

Such a comfortable home to stay in and very quiet neighborhood (except jets from air force flying over but it was cool). Great location as we had to drive to Texas spring training facility every day. Home had everything we needed and owner was very easy to get ahold of.
