"The only thing is that the rooms are really small. Book a months ahead as they have some bigger rooms. Room for “2 people” with only one bed are very very small. Other than that everything was very good and the front desk people and other staff speak very good English - and are very eager to help in any way requested. Transit metro and trains stations are very close and take you easy anywhere in Tokyo. Tokyo Central station is 1 stop by train (3 min) or 20 min walk"

"We loved our stay here - it’s no frills but very comfortable, clean and best of all so conveniently located in Shibuya - near everything with such lovely places to eat within a couple of minutes. The AC worked great, staff was fantastic. I only knocked off a half a star for the facilities because the carpet is kinda old and grungy and the place looks a bit tired. But I would stay there again anytime. "

"I recommend this hotel to stay at if ur visiting Tokyo Disney. Very convenient straight from the subway from Tokyo their hotel shuttle picks u up from the train station or if ur coming straight from the airports the limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel and for pick up also to the airport too. Love the decor of the room small but efficient n comfortable beds as well . Well maintained facility. Staff were wonderful n always helpful n courteous. Was a great stay while visited Disney sea...

"If you are a baseball fan, this is the place to visit! There are many places to eat and shop as well as see a game of the Yomirui Giants if you can get tickets. The staff was helpful and able to communicate in English even though I was mistaken for being Japanese. During the second night of our stay, there was a conference in session and the elevators were crowded but a staff member was present and kept folks moving in an efficient manner. Would stay here again!"

"Room was large and spacious with 4 beds (we were travelling with 2 kids and stayed for 5 nights). Except for the toilet which smells a bit, other areas of the room were kept clean. We are very happy with the hotel room view which is excellent, as well as the washer/dryers available. We wanted to sign up for membership at the counter but staff asked us to visit website, maybe she has difficulty communicating in English. We are also grateful to the 2 female staff who helped to carry our many luggages to our room. Location is convenient, close to eateries, metro subway station and Tokyo Dome City."
