Our room had a stunning view, was beautifully furnished with a super comfy bed and included a fridge with water and milk, and tea and coffee making facilities. "We stayed at Arden House as a family for 16 nights. The location of the house was great as it was a 5 minute walk to Shakespeare’s Birthplace and the centre of town. That being said, the house is located on a very busy street and sleeping with the window open would be impossible. "The hotel and grounds are stunning. Spa (pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna) are really nice and well maintained. Super dog friendly (a few rooms). What really sets this hotel apart are the staff. Everyone we met from check in to check out were really friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. This includes all restaurant staff. "

"Good location with private parking which is the main reason I chose this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice pub linked to the hotel. The room was clean and a good size... "Really comfortable room. Well stocked with complimentary water, tea, coffee, kettle etc. There were what looked like make up marks on the the toilet and shower, but clean otherwise. Great to have a car park-very expensive but you are in the centre of Birmingham very close to big venues. Check in was busy but we were seen quickly. The windows don’t open but the air conditioning worked well "
