The hotel reimbursed and made everything truly half as bad as it was. Such a great response to such a terrible situation. We will be regulars at this hotel for sure!"

"Coco Reef is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous beach. They have renovated most of their rooms. The front desk staff was not the best. Very friendly but did not follow through after saying they would take care of something. The cleaning staff was fabulous and very helpful. Grocery store down the street was convenient. We will definitely be back :)"

"First and foremost you will find the owners to be ideal hosts. The accomodations are immaculate, modern, spacious and wonderfully comfortable. You find literally everything you may need there for you. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the lower deck at the water is especially nice! We are in our mid sixties, so we rented a Bermi. I cannot recommend this convience enough. It would be quite a walk(for us) to public transport. That is why I give a rating of 4 on location. It is probably not an issue for most. However, being in the nice, quiet area is worth it! Mr. and Mrs. Hollis are so very kind and thoughtful. They gifted me with a lovely birthday present and kindly delivered us to the airport. You will be very, very pleased, especially if you are quite particular, like me! Enjoy!"
