"We had a lovely stay,however we were slightly disappointed that the breakfast was cold.I had an unfortunate experience when drying my hair with the hairdryer,sparks and flames came flying out which was a concern, mentioned this to reception and was told it had been pat tested only recently However it wont put us off staying again."

"When we arrived we learned this facility had ceased to exist several weeks prior. I had to scramble to find urgent alternate accommodations for my family and me after traveling all night. Great job you did!!"

"Easy check in online prior to arrival. Greeted by Nicole on arrival to hotel, she was very friendly. I was able to check in at 12:30pm for additional fee, which I was happy to pay. Check in is from 3pm. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Kettle and iron provided in room which was great. Good sound proofing from windows for the noisy street below. Unfortunately the water was cold when I arrived, so had to have a cold shower, but each time after that there was hot water. Good...
