"The floor in the room was filthy. It looked like nice tile but I don’t think it had been mopped in weeks. White socks turned black in minutes and we had to wash our feet with a cloth while sitting on the bed before retiring for the night. The staff were all pleasant but they didn’t take pride in the condition of the room. The toilet also would not flush."

"Airport shuttle was OK, long wait. Carpet was wet throughout. There were 5 of us so clearly booked because of the ability to have a pull out sofa. The pull out mattress was absolutely horrible, linens provided were thread bare, only one pillow. Called the desk for a blanket, never delivered. Phone did not work consistently. We did not eat breakfast. "
