"Very convenient to the tahoe donner wellness center. Great mudroom for being able to gear up/down. Ample space. Nice den/kitchen area and comfortable lounging on the large couch."

"This place was cold because the thermostats don’t truly work so much but my room had a heater and that was fine. The place is big for multiple parties and the pool table is so tiny. It’s great for skiing because it’s so close to northstar. Liked the place a lot."

"The house was so adorable and it was spotless. I have stayed in some sketchy places at Tahoe but Stephanie and Duane have gone out of their way to make this little gem so comfortable and it met every need. It was quiet and comfortable. I also loved that they let my dog stay."

"Wish I could leave more stars because the house is in a great location, but unfortunately the property is poorly managed. There was no toilet paper anywhere, not even tucked in a drawer or cabinet. The only roll of paper towels was almost gone and there weren't extra trash bags. We found the dog bowls under the sink, but who knows when they were last checked because one contained disgusting sitting water. "One of the best Vacation Rentals we have stayed at. Convenient location, homey and comfortable with modern amenities. Kids loved the games on the Infinity Table, good for the young and the young at heart! Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!"

"My parents, dog and I had a great time at your cabin. It’s a very beautiful place to stay, lots of birds, squirells, chipmunks that my dog had fun barking at and chasing daily. The beds are pretty good and comfortable. The area itself is peaceful and the row of trees by the road just made it perfect for a morning walk. it’s a short distance to the lake and restaurants. The only caveat is that my dog met the mice on our first night. It didn’t bother or show itself again. Overall, it was good!"

"Very easy place to stay. Very little stress. Had most of what we needed to enjoy a few days of skiing. Excellent location. Kitchen could use some updating (old pots and pans), but not a dealbreaker. Just don’t plan on making any intricate meals as you’ll likely not have everything you need. One major bummer: the hot tub didn’t work. It got warm but not truly hot. This bummed us out. If we could be assured the hot tub is working (as in it gets hot!), we would absolutely stay here again."

"We had such a wonderful stay at this house! Ginger, the owner, was very nice, responsive, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a comfortable stay. She gave us a tour of the house when we got arrived, gave recommendations to restaurants, etc., and had refreshments waiting for us after our long drive! "Great location. Short walk to lake and hiking trails. Master bedroom was large! Biggest bummer was no bbq as advertised. Brought 3 meals that I planned to grill! TVs were great and easy to use!"

"We loved this cabin! From the well appointed kitchen to the great layout for multiple families this cabin has it all! We were able to ski and snowshoe nearby. Quite possibly our favorite place we’ve stayed, we plan on returning!"

"The river was beautiful, but our enjoyment of the setting was overshadowed by a major, ongoing plumbing issue. As long as we were using a single bathroom everything worked fine, but as soon as the rest of our family arrived and more than one bathroom came into use there were problems which ultimately resulted in water backing through a toilet and bathtub and flooding of a bathroom. The problem was reported as soon as it was discovered, but because it was a weekend, no maintenance was available....

"The pictures are very deceiving. The house needs major updates. It was dirty and there were cobwebs and spiders. No sheets and no curtains in the bathrooms for privacy at all. We could not shower because of the lack of privacy, and we decided to leave a night early because we were so uncomfortable in the house."

"Gorgeous land and buildings. Amazing room. A door on the master bath cabinet in our room had broken hinges and it looked like it had been that way for a while and not repaired. The shower felt a little awkward with no good place to hang your towel while you shower so you could easily get it when you're done. One of the drawers in the master bedroom would not stay closed and would slide open slightly by itself. Overall, an incredible place to stay."
