"We had a weekend of driving at VIR. Tiny house was very close and convenient! Well stocked and very clean. Very quite in bed room. Deck was great to chill out on. Owners are very thoughtful and accommodating. Highly recommend this home!! We WILL be back!! 5star place!!"

House was as described, we had plenty of room for getting ready and the house was beautifully lit at night when we returned. Would recommend if needing something close to the University, however parking is very limited to 2 vehicles only!"

"The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. "

"It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!"

We enjoyed the covered pier for fishing and hanging out. Plus, a spacious covered deck for gathering. The kitchen worked well for meal preparation with plenty of open space upstairs and downstairs for socializing."

"We booked this house to attend what turned out to be a horrible festival called blueridge rock festival. While our festival had issues our rental did not! Our rental had plenty of space for us to invite friends over , bake a lasagna and play some card games together which helped salvage our trip. The home was very spacious, had a lot of nice touches such as a variety of Board games, extra dishes and cookware ect. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! 10/10 would recommend."

"We stayed over the week end because our daughter was getting married at The Caroline Estate. The house is beautiful. The house is located right by the water and it was so nice to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air before going to the wedding. The game room was a hit for our two grand children and our young adult kids. We would say “I Do” to coming back to this house for a lake stay next time. Loved it."
