"Villa Langka is truely the perfect villa! We were a group of 9 and they accommodated perfectly to us. The pool is gorgeous, as well as their rooms and their lovely staff, Kadek cooked pancakes for our first morning."

"Very impressed with this villa. It was large enough for our family of 8 and very safe for an adventurous 1 year old. It was extremely clean as the cleaner and pool man attended daily. Communication with the managers was amazing and all our questions were answered. The bedrooms were all air-conditioned and wonderfully cool for a great night's sleep. Only issue was the pool did get too warm in the afternoon as it had no shade."

"Communication for booking was excellent. I had direct contact with Anna who will look after you. Full of smiles and very welcoming and helpful. The villa is situation a little out of the hustle and bustle which is a positive. I would recomend downing loading Grab for taxis we saved a lot of hassel and money., direct them after the school. The villa was everything we hoped for, it was perfect in every way. It was private, clean and just lovely. We used the cooker hob for making eggs for breakfast...

"Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

"Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. We cut our stay short to find something more suitable for our families with small children. The villa cleaning staff were also in the villa...

"The bedrooms are two completely separate rooms. You cannot walk from one bedroom to the other via a connecting door. You have to leave the room and walk around to the other. Not ideal for a family with baby/kids. Was very difficult and stressful for us as we couldn’t hear our child from our room. The villa is entirely outdoors, there is no interior house. "

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...
