"The stay was good. The hotel is very nice!! Their snacks at happy hour could be better, but that’s me comparing it to the Happy Hour at a Drury Inn. They only offer Valet parking, which is fine and I knew that, but the Valet scratched my car when getting it out of the garage and they still charged me the overnight parking fee. I would think that would at least be waived given the inconvenience of me now having to get my car fixed. He was apologetic and the manger handled the situation very well....

"As with most hotels that have an adjoining casino, the room had no microwave or working refrigerator. Other than that, every area of the hotel & my room were very clean. I also had an extraordinary view of the Gateway Arch, Eads Bridge, and the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay at Casino Queen again in the future. "

"This place is SO worth the money! Will absolutely be back. Avoid Landry's seafood though. Not worth the price at all. Favorites were the aquarium (got to pet sharks, jellyfish, and stingrays), the train shed for food (drinks and bruschetta were incredible), and the grand hall show. Food at the station grille was meh. "

"Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
