The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. "This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. "Check in was ok. The lady behind the desk was not overly welcoming, but was kind enough. She did ask if we had a vehicle and provided parking pass. "Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town."
