"Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a delight. Mostly western food with mixture of pastries. My little girl enjoys the food. Location is near a subway station. Suitable for strollers. It is just opposite a market and nearby there are a lot of dinjng options available. Walkable to Namba. The only downside is the carpet cleaning which seems to be a little dirty even after we requested to clean it. Room is quite decent and the toilet is a bit small."

It was the best hotel we had in all of Japan but I can't give it 5 stars as I was attacked by another tourist during breakfast at this hotel so I can't give them full stars even though I really want to. I did nothing wrong and this crazy tourist harassed me two mornings in a row and on the second morning it got physical. The hotel did nothing to protect me. I did not feel safe at this hotel. "

We had a freshener spray in the room but even that couldn’t get rid of the smell and I’m almost certain a dead mice/rat was the smell.
