The hotel is located in the central business area and very close to shopping area with a lot of dining options. The hotel offers free breakfast, which is really nice. It did get very busy early in the morning because of business travelers and tourists who needs to finish their breakfast before certain time. It is much more relaxed after 8:30-9:00. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

One of the best budget friendly hotels I have stayed at across Japan. The room is a reasonable size by Japan standards. The shower is a walk-in multi-function one and it’s great! Much better than the usual shower over bath of average Japanese hotels. The bed is big and comfortable. Breakfast being free is great, I don’t eat a large breakfast, so to be able to get cereal, coffee and a piece of fruit without over-paying ¥2000+ Yen is also a big benefit. The location makes it easy to get to the subway with a 5~ minute walk. Look for exit 13! (Google maps got this all wrong.)

Friendly staff, easy check in, wifi worked great. Breakfast was amazing and staff there was great. Location was great, easy access to train. Only negative was the size of the room, probably to smallest hotel room I have ever been in, but you don't really spend that much time in the room anyway. The bathroom shower was amazing, and the products in the bathroom were great. This hotel also provides conditioner, so that is great. Overall, If back in Osaka, I would stay here again
