"Pros: The food was very good. The conference room was nice. The restaurants and bars were modern and 4 star. Shower water pressure and temperature were very good. Cons: The rooms were dated. Carpets in the hallways needed cleaning. I'm 6'6". Ceiling height in the bathroom was under 7' and caused me to have to bend down to use a hair dryer."

"Our stay at Pacific Palms Hotel was overall quite enjoyable. The staff was friendly, check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The rooms were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment after a long day of activities. Amenities were meh, ice machine did not work on our floor. House keep ladies were nice and worked with a smile.One area where the hotel could improve is in the area of cleanliness. While the rooms were generally clean, I noticed some areas that could use a bit more...

"Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised! The place is spacious, airy, and better than the photos. It actually felt like someone's home and had all the necessary amenities. It was comfortable and convenient. Will absolutely return! There were a few unusual things just to mention, for the price point it was totally fine but for instance no door to the upstairs bedroom and the shower handle being so stiff I thought I was going to break it. Also we couldn't figure out how to exit the complex on...

"The location is fantastic- close to things we wanted to do and walking distance to target, Trader Joe’s and a few fast restaurants. The accommodations themselves were spacious and clean. Showers were huge and great. The living area is especially sunny and bright in the morning, fyi. But the grounds are beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Excellent location right on the lake with a view of lake from balcony! Loved having full kitchen & spacious unit! Only downside was “late checkout” was extended from 10am check out to 10:30am… not really a late checkout as many places have 11am as normal checkout time! "
