"This is my third time renting this home. The host is excellent and very accommodating. The house is always spotless. Each room has its own full bath and there is a half bath on the first floor. Washer with clothes line and full kitchen for cooking. Large patio with grill. Safe with fenced parking. Location is between Ajijic and Chapala. I would highly recommend this property."

We felt the pool closed to early it would be nice to have a dip up until 9 pm but they cover it at dusk. The area had everything within easy walking or driving distance. The guards at the gate especially Eduard ( Beto ) was a delight. Very beautiful place to stay if you like gated communities"

"I would not stay here again. the freezer was frozen and leaked on the floor. no extra blankets, the bathroom was not clean and had hair on the flor and hair on the shower floor. The place should have been half the price with the condition it was in. the worst stay I have ever had with an expedia property !"
