"Absolutely loved our stay at the Boathouse. The location in wine country is perfect- you can easily walk to several wineries, and the home itself was well stocked with all the supplies you need. I also need to comment on the decor- well styled and so adorable- everything is so well pulled together and quaint. We used the outdoor tub every night and enjoyed the stars too. Totally recommend."

"We were given the wrong code for lockbox so took over an hour to get in, oven, dishwasher, bathrooms, windows very dirty, hair in bathroom drawers and both shower plugs, fluff from dryer ALL over the garage, empty body wash & hand soap bottles left in shower/on bench. No WIFI for entire week & it's rugby world cup! Empty kitchen soap and no cloths/scrubbers, Managers got cleaners in on the second day, couldn't get WIFI whole stay even after this had been offered. lots of cupboards and drawers...

"Driveway was very steep and my elderly mother slipped on her way down after it rained and ended up getting stitches to her head, 2 black eyes and bruising to her ribs and shoulder. I think that you should mention this in the description so people would know that access isn’t easy."

"Warm (mega heat pump), safe and convenient - with retro brown vinyl and amber textured glass for a big dose of kiwi nostalgia! Sunny outdoor deck with a BBQ, and lots of room to run around. The washing machine overflowed which was attended to promptly by the friendly property manager. Incredible panoramic views of Lake Wanaka and surrounding maunga. Walk over the road and there’s the path around the lake. An easy stroll into Wanaka town too."

"This place was the perfect place for our holiday down in Cromwell. The location was great for us. The house itself has everything you would need and we enjoyed eating our cooked dinner out on the deck."

"The property is beautiful, many varied gardens to explore/ relax in. Gill and Noel provided many thoughtful touches to elevate the comfort of our stay, including home baking, walnuts from the property, daily cleaning service and even the offer to drive us to a local restaurant. The property is on a lifestyle block that has friendly sheep and great views of the sunrise/sunset from the hill through the gate. We highly recommend this accommodation. "

"We were a group of 4 guys on a ski trip (one didn't make it due to ilness) and we felt like we could have easily fitted a lot more people in the house. We all had a double bed each, so was very comfortable. All facilities were great, very warm with heat pump and fireplace, even had some great table tennis games in the garage. Would be a very good space for big families or groups of friends."

"Lovely cottage tucked away in the hills with views for miles. We stayed for four nights and found everything we needed. I thought this property was a studio unit but it has a separate kitchen/dining area from the bedroom which was nice and felt more roomy. Very clean, very private. The sculpture garden was a bonus. Wasn't aware the tv had to be streamed via my phone but that was fine. Would stay again."

"Nice location, view and good room. Poor wireless connectivity ( slow, dropouts ). Limited choice for meal we had at on site restaurant, but it was good. Otherwise nearest food at Cromwell 10 minutes by car."
