You're just a 15 minute walk from being able to dip your toes at waters edge in Bremner's Bay on Lake Wanaka. You're also just a 5 minute drive from the main strip in Wanaka township, popular for those who are looking for a caffeine fix or a good cafe brunch.

You'll be in holiday mode in no time, with well appointed open plan living, a spacious kitchen and a breakfast bar which lends itself well to family brunches. Head outside and enjoy a classic kiwi BBQ and al fresco dining, or cosy up on the couches indoor and turn on the heat pump. This home has everything you need for a comfortable Wanaka holiday.

The bedrooms are comfortable and large, with bedroom 1 also featuring an impressive ensuite bathroom.
