"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"The apartment is located very centrally in Nice. We took the tram from the airport and it let us off 5 minutes from the apartment. The Promenade des Anglais is a short walk from the apartment and the area filled with restaurants and various markets. Old Nice is a short walk away. We were 10 minute walk from Nice Ville train station so we could easily get to Monte Carlo. The apartment is on a high floor in a lovely elevator building, with lovely details. "This was a great functional apartment and provided a good base from which to explore Nice and the coast. It's literally a 3 min walk to the beach! It's in a buzzy location surrounded by many bars and restaurants but because of this, it proved a bit noisy at night. That said, it seemed to be quiet by midnight so I guess there must be some kind of noise curfew. Frank is one of the nicest hosts w have ever met and was so helpful. "J’ai passé un beau séjour le seul bémol est la communication, car j’ai dû attendre 2heures à la porte de l’appartement. L’appartement était propre. Il y avais tout ce dont l’on avait besoin. Beau quartier avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes. Épicerie juste en bas. Si je retourne là bas cet appartement me conviendrais il est très abordable compte tenu que le logement me servais plus de lieu où dormir que une habitation."
