The apartment faces south and north and its trans versant.

Remu was the best host ever ! She was very thorough on the details of the apartment and provided us with the best restaurants, shopping and beach location. She is a true professional.The apartment is amazing so not hesitate to book it!

This was a very spacious apartment that was ideal for our family with 3 children. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, crib/playpen, and high chair. Was very close walk to promenade, old town Nice, and restaurants. Walking and grocery was 2 min walk. So central and perfect. Apartment was clean and everything in working order. Would stay here again!

Great Place to stay

Lovely quiet building in a great location. Short walk to many restaurants the old quarter and the promenade. Minutes from the train station. It has all the conveniences of home. There are large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room. There are doors both front and back and there was always a lovely breeze from the Sea.The hostess was very obliging and continued to assist us even after we had departed in retrieving an item lost in an Uber.

Amazing stay in Nice!

My wife and I stayed in Nice for 5 days and loved the apartment. The check in process was easy and our VRBO host Roxane was wonderful. She sent a dozen restaurant recommendations and she responded quickly to our questions. The apartment is in a quiet location yet centrally located near the ocean, train station, old town of Nice and dozens of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this property was terrific - an easy walk to all the best that old Nice has to offer. The apartment is really spacious and i wish we'd had more time to cook in the nicely equipped kitchen. Plus, Roxanne provided fantastic recommendations - restaurants, beaches, etc. - for our stay. I will definitely book this property and with Remy/Roxanne again.

Great location and communication

Our family had a wonderful 4 days in Nice. The location of the apartment was in walking distance to the beach and to Old Nice. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. (The air conditioning was especially appreciated in the heat wave!) Communication with Roxanne was excellent- she was very welcoming and excited for us to enjoy Nice.

Winter Short stay in Nice

We stayed for 4 days in January and found the accommodation very comfortable and in a great location to access the main areas of town walking but still being quiet at night. Roxane was extremely helpful and contactable if needed and having someone take us to the parking station was essential as it could have been tricky without the help. We would definite recommend this for families needing more space than a hotel room can offer.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The apartment itself was well appointed, large, and very well located to many good walking neighborhoods and the beach. It was very clean and the elevator and AC were very convenient. Roxanne was also a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to help us get situated, providing recommendations and taking us to the closest parking garage to make sure we got the most cost efficient option. Would absolutely stay here on a future trip.

Roxanne is Incredible, friendly, helpful and competent

Absolutely great location, quiet neighborhood, good access to parking, great access to the beach and the restaurant area, Incredible shopping. Everything so close. This is where you want to be. I felt safe walking by myself all the time. There are plenty of little parks all around the area to stop and take a break. We are planning to go back and this is where we want to stay.
