Great place for anyone who wants something different from a cookie-cutter hotel.
The woman who serves as your host speaks great English and is available to
help you in any way. Location is close to important parts of town and is very
quiet. Parking is free. My wife and I thoroughly were glad we booked this hotel.
(We stayed in Rm. 23 which even had 2 separate sinks.)
There is a wonderful Italian restaurant called Davisto within walking distance of about 10 minutes on 17, rue Saint Philippe. I would say it was the best meal we had in nearly 3 weeks in France. The hotel
host will tell you how to get there.

"Beautiful, traditional hotel with a great ambiance"
A tremendous experience, the staff are diligent and nothing is too much trouble. The bar and restaurants serve excellent food and refreshments and the whole place is just a bastion of tradition.
Surrounded by the sea and hill Le Negresco stands proud and is as magnificent inside as it looks from the outside.
We had a partial see view room, very clean and comfort. It was a great experience for first time Nice visiting . All hotel staff were polite and kind. Hotel surprised us with complementary dessert for our anniversary , so memoraabl and delicious. Also hotel has bikes that you can enjoy biking besides the sea. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Location, location, location, very attentive staff, nice room, and tasty breakfast. Given how good the location is, I was surprised at how good the rate was. I was a bit bummed that the breakfast wasn't included, but you would probably pay as much, if not more, if you went out to get anything on your own.
Kind of a small thing, but I liked having a switch right next to my bed to turn off all the lights at once in the room. Hotels of the world, take note!
We stayed the Hotel la Perouse for 5 nights and love this hotel. The view from our room balcony was awesome and super peaceful. We got a corner room at 4F and it was good size for 3 people and have big bathroom (shower room AND bathtub separately). The room has fancy interior! The hotel staff are nice and helpful and good location as well. It took us less 30 minutes to the harbor by walk. We definitely stay there again if we have a chance to go Nice again.
We booked the hotel a while ago, however after reading recent reviews we were worried that we may have made a mistake. I'm pleased to say we had a great time. Room on 9th floor had massive bed and a single bed for our daughter. Staff were very friendly. Pool was great and the guys on at the terrace bar were relaxed with you and not pushy at all. My husband and daughter were in the pool for hours and I just relaxed in seats next to pool with a wine or two. Really no complaints.
