"C’est la deuxième fois que nous restons ici, le studio est très comfortable avec tout ce qu’il faut. La maison est entourée de pins magnifiques, la piscine est très grande et a une vue superbe sur la mer. Un vrai petit paradis. Monika est charmante, connaît parfaitement la région et nous a donné de bons conseils de ballades. Nous récommandons vivement cette location, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir! "Mit der Wohnung waren wir zufrieden, es war so ziemlich alles vor Ort. Leider fehlte in der Beschreibung, daß eine Kaution von 300 Euro fällig wird( was nicht das Problem ist), aber für uns gehört es dazu, das man es bereits bei der Buchung erfährt. Desweiteren wurde wir ca 10 Tage vorher angeschrieben, ob wir Bettwäsche benötigen, ja klar. Ungefähr 5 Tage vor der Reise, erhielten wir eine Nachricht, Bettwäsche ist bereit und Bitte an eine Kaution von 300 Euro denken. Okay, bei unserer Ankunft...

"Wonderful place with pool and private walk-in. The apartment is very nice, all equipment and amenities were in terrific working order. Short walk to the beach, and pretty close to the Old Town of Antibes as well (about 20 minutes). Property management is very nice and communicative. Would definitely recommend a stay here!"

"Le mazet se trouve à tres courte distance à pied de tout et notamment d'une très belle plage, très propre, ainsi que d'une boulangerie et d'un supermarché. Il se trouve dans un grand lotissement qui comporte des villas et des appartements dans des blocs R+1. En septembre, ce lotissement était très calme. Le mazet comporte deux niveaux. Le niveau supérieur (deux chambres, WC, bains) est très optimisé et le mobilier semble récent. Le niveau inférieur, comme le supérieur, a été repeint récemment...

Our flight was delayed which meant we arrived late, but Arlina was on hand to welcome us to the apartment and also secured us some late night food with one of the local restaurants. "We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it."

"This is a nice apartment just across the street from the beach. Super location, everything within easy walking distance. Internet was the only thing really lacking. The apartmentnt sadly had none and the village’s was not useable even after two visits to the Office of Tourism. You need to be able to climb stairs to the apt and an almost ladder to the bedroom. Nice balcony looking out at the sea. I recommend it!"
