There is a lot of construction going on outside but I was rarely there during the day and it was quiet at night which is what mattered to me. The walls are very thin but other guests were quiet so it wasn't much of a bother. It's no smoking but when the hotel heat turns on you can smell some cigarette smoke coming from the bathroom vent, so that was a little annoying. Location is super...
