This hotel is by far one of the best I've been to yet. The staff was really pleasing and very accommodating. The room was very clean and well arranged, even though it was a bit small. The bathroom was especially clean, which is something I always watch for. The location of the hotel was INCREDIBLE! A walking distance to ALL of the tourist attractions in Prague. The breakfast buffet is also a must! We were fortunate enough that it was included in our booking. Very courteous waiting staff as well. Did not get a chance to try their spa though, but I'm sure it would have been good as well.

This hotel is in excellent condition. Its comfortable, quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of inner Prague. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was the shower was a little on the small side. A small inconvenience given the price of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and hearty. Scrambled eggs and the standard european fare - breads, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fruits, etc. The restaurant was nice as well.
Warning - there is a nice walk to the metro station. Its not that bad, really. But for people that aren't prepared for a nice walk, be forewarned. I'd say its a 15-20 minute walk uphill going to the station. You can catch a bus a little closer but that's still a decent walk.
The hotel receptionist(s) all spoke good English and were friendly. The only person that wasn't very friendly was the lady that kept the breakfast area stocked.
If you've never been to Prague, please be sure to keep plenty of pocket change for the toilets and the metro. For some reason, the Metro only accepts coins. You can get a 24 hour ticket for about 110 kr. Also, if you drive or have a rental car, parking is plentiful and free at the hotel!
Beautiful large hotel located in the financial district. The facility has all the amenities to host business conferences, so it is a very busy place.
The staff is professional and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
After unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. The staff were very professional and helpful in explaining what happened and were very apologetic. We were made to feel very welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The location was approximately 5 minutes walk from I.P Pavlova which has good links to the airport and also the tram service( No. 22) to the Old Town and Prague Castle. Lots of authentic restaurants nearby and most importantly cheap bars to drink beer. Overall an excellent hotel which is highly recommended.
Great hotel, the only problem is that if you are staying in one of the rooms near the spa, the hallway gets very hot and you will need the aircon on quite a lot to keep the room cool. This certainly didn't affect our sleep (the bed was huge and really comfortable) or our general enjoyment. The restaurant serves great food and the staff are extremely helpful. The quirky art deco decor is also very endearing.

All the important tourist sites, shops and eating areas with in walking distance, one could save a lot of time and money. In the breakfast area, staff are friendly and attentive.Good continental breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable but needs brightening up.May be a well coming complementary package for visitors : for example a bar of chocolate with a few well coming words from the hotel will be appealing. The spa facility was good. The hotel staff were friendly. Specially Matey Mikula was very helpful to me and my friend. My friend and I enjoyed the complementary drink and a few hours in the Maharal Club. On the all we enjoyed our stay.
