Ideally situated for the Old and New Town it's a superb hotel for anyone wanting to experience the sights and sounds of this beautiful city on a budget. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it's clean and tidy and considering what you pay the buffet breakfast is terrific value. I wholeheartedly recommend.
"Theater starts at clock-room "
Hotel starts at reception. Hotel staff is not just trained to perfection but also takes the job as nothing else could be more important. In such a warm atmosphere we started our short stay. And what a wonderfull breakfast they do serve there.
Hotel is located in the hart of Prague. Also you will find right there a restoran of seven wonders.
Next door is clolourfull national pab. All best shops are so close that enough to stretch your arm.
Clean, quiet, discreet.
Very friendly staff.
The included breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were surprisingly attentive (which exceeded my expectations).
Location was good for walking excursions into the more tourist infested old town core.

This hotel is in excellent condition. Its comfortable, quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of inner Prague. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was the shower was a little on the small side. A small inconvenience given the price of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and hearty. Scrambled eggs and the standard european fare - breads, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fruits, etc. The restaurant was nice as well.
Warning - there is a nice walk to the metro station. Its not that bad, really. But for people that aren't prepared for a nice walk, be forewarned. I'd say its a 15-20 minute walk uphill going to the station. You can catch a bus a little closer but that's still a decent walk.
The hotel receptionist(s) all spoke good English and were friendly. The only person that wasn't very friendly was the lady that kept the breakfast area stocked.
If you've never been to Prague, please be sure to keep plenty of pocket change for the toilets and the metro. For some reason, the Metro only accepts coins. You can get a 24 hour ticket for about 110 kr. Also, if you drive or have a rental car, parking is plentiful and free at the hotel!
I couldn't have picked a better hotel for our Prague visit. We were so close to everything. Less than 5 mins from Wenceslas Sq another 2or3 mins from the Main Sq. From there you have easy access to all the attractions. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff are extremely helpful. We didn't eat in the restaurant but we did have a light meal in the bar area which was excellent. We also went to the opera and had the hotel arrange transport to and from the theatre just perfect.
I would so recommend this hotel to all our family and friends.
Everything ready on arrival helpful desk staff. A few minutes walk from a metro station which gives easy access to all main attractions. Very comfortable and well appointed room. Good breakfast with a wide choice. Would use the hotel again if we return to Prague.
This is a very good hotel, about 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square (but not on it!) - menu is a bit limited, but good food and breakfast. Pool was a bit cold this time, but facilities very good for a chain hotel like this, and very good value for money. Easy access to rest of city, lots of good restaurants nearby, also museums, opera house, main station. 3 day transport ticket superb value.
