From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the hotel staff were excellent. In fact they were great before we arrived, offering a taxi from the airport to asking if we had any special requests. During our stay we had use of their executive lounge which allowed us to enjoy snacks and a glass of champagne mid afternoon after a hard days shopping!!!

The hotel is in a great position. Check in was hassle free and the accommodation exceeded our expectation. The staff were fantastic, friendly and attentive. We only had a short stay but are already making plans to return to Prague. We would not stay anywhere else!
The hotel stands 4-5 station from center of the city, it just less than 10min by train and 3min walk from the station. so still good access to it. the facility is well maintained and managed and my room was comfortable enough. Given the price which was $75/night including good breakfast and reasonable wifi connection, i can recommend this hotel.
"Absolutely superb!! Well and truly over the moon!"
I recently took my mother for her 50th birthday (Nov 14) and we couldn't have booked a better place to stay!! It was gorgeous with very low prices. We all had full body massages x3, room service and watched movies and the bill was no more than £150! Book now!
This hotel is right next to a metro station two stops from Prague old town, so although not right in the city centre it is very easy to get to. The service is faultless and our room, although not the largest, had everything we could want. We upgraded to Executive rooms to include use of the spa, which also gave us unlimited access to the 22nd floor Executive Club lounge where drinks and snacks (included in the price!) were available all the time. The views from the upper floors are incomparable, and sitting by the pool looking over the city is the height of luxury. We came home having been completely spoilt.
