"Perfect place for a weekend in Edinburgh. Truly a hidden gem. Fabulous room, very clean and well equipped. Within an easy 5 minute walk for the tram to Princes Street. A short walk to the many eateries at the shore in Leith."

"The house was brilliant and felt like a home. It was warm and comfortable and had everything we expected and more. The location was brilliant with lots of place to eat and drink on the doorstep. There’s also a supermarket a few minutes walk away. The bus service into Edinburgh city was so easy to use and very frequent. Communication was excellent. Parking outside the house was challenging but there’s plenty of other options. This is one of the best holiday homes we’ve rented and we will be back!"
