"Check in was exceptional - we didn’t take the breakfast option as we had an early flight to catch so opted to skip it. The room was lovely clean & spacious / we were celebrating our anniversary and had the surprise of a lovely Xmas duck to keep. It really was a lovely stay / we enjoyed the spa facility after a busy day exploring the Xmas markets and surrounding areas. I shall be returning in the new year - everyone was truly welcoming & helpful - top marks all round - thank you "

"Charming boutique hotel. The room was spacious with two beds larger than we expected, more full size versus single which was a very good thing. The bathroom was functional. The breakfast included in the package was high quality and a great way to begin the day."

"The room was a great size, the shower was fantastic, and the room was clean and fresh. It was quiet at night giving a peaceful sleep. The gentleman at the reception when we arrived was proffessional and helpful. The only thing i wished was that there was more seating areas to relax in near the bar and restaurant. "The apartment was very clean, modern, and cozy. The location is excellent, at the end of the Royal Mile, very close to the Waverley Station. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores very close. The breakfast was good. Overall was a great experience, we enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay there again. "
