"A beauutiful and fully equipped place, located in a great neighborhood. The hosts went well out of their way to meet my needs as a last minute guest. Every detail of decor was exceptional. Clean as could be, and very comfortable. Luxerious bedding and linens were the cherry on top."

"The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

It was close to all the activities we wanted to experience. Veronica was helpful and willing to make suggestions for our stay. Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix. The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at. There were a number of downsides to the periphery personally - only 1 fan and an air purifier while it was 80+ degrees outside, a number of the lights either had burned out bulbs or no bulbs at all, and the washer did not work properly. "Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! "The upper floors of the house were very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was well appointed overall and the beds were comfortable. We were on the tail end of a spring break vacation with our grandchildren who live in Portland and our stay at Irvington House put the icing on the cake. Portland in the Springtime is not to be missed. We look forward to coming back!"

"The location was perfect, easy access to all highways, downtown waterfront was a 5 minute walk, there was available parking Nextdoor, the entrance was secure, apartment was clean and very comfortable! So much more to list honestly. Host was extremely communicative throughout the entire stay answering any questions and even had some great suggestions for a wonderful winery close by! "Very friendly staff and had good communication throughout my stay. I accidentally left my new Sonicare toothbrush and they called me letting me know that they would hold it for me. I appreciated the overall hospitality from the staff. Dog friendly rooms that were clean and didn’t smell bad like some pet friendly hotels do. Breakfast was decent. Good location and good place to stay. I will return if I’m ever back in the area. "

"This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
