With all the comforts of home, this unit was remodeled in December 2021 with all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, ALL NEW Furniture, Freshly painted walls and new Luxury vinyl plank floors!

Perfect little gem

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Easy check in/out, parking space was very convenient, and it wasn't too out of the way/far from where we were visiting. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet place to stay while in Portland.

A lovely studio above the owners’ house with views into the trees. Nicely appointed and a perfect place for us. We come to Portland regularly to see out son and his partner and from now on this is where we plan to stay. Owners are friendly and responsive

Location quiet but easy access. Appreciated the hot pot and toaster. Bed excellent. The welcome basket came in handy as we stayed four days too. Easy to work tv and lots of privacy. We would definitely stay again and in fact already hoping to return for more sightseeing.

Perfect Spot - Easy Access to L&C - Quiet

My stay was awesome! This is just enough tucked away for the peace and quiet while also being super convenient. I was there to help move my kid back into the L&C college dorm and it was a super comfortable bed for those longs days and plenty of room to stretch and feel comfortable. I also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the kitchen closet as I was able to get out and hike and like being able to put clean clothes back in my suitcase. The hosts thought of everything and all I did was buy a few things for the fridge. I will definitely stay here again!

Loved this treehouse apartment. Perfect location for what we needed. Very clean, lots of amenities. Bed and pillows comfortable. Liked having a washer and dryer. Parking great. Good communication with hosts. Only downside for some people may be the stairs. It was fine for us but anyone with mobility problems will have issues. 5 stars and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place

We stayed here for eight days in January and highly recommend it. Our arriving flight was delayed due to the weather in Portland. The owner communicated with us and was concerned for our safety due to the icy conditions. The Tree House was very cozy and well equipped. We appreciated the basket of snacks especially because of our late night arrival. Parking and access were exceptional. If you are looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Southwest Portland, look no further. This is ideal, highly recommended.

Revisiting the Northwest

What a cozy gem. The owners put so much thought into the studio. The layout excellent, comfortable and it is well appointed. Communication with the owners on a few inquiries was upbeat and helpful. The bonus was their communicating the night before departure with reminders, along with an inquiry as to my departure time. Given that it was in the wee hours of the morning, and without any request from me, they took the time and care to make certain the exterior lights were on for ease and safety. I plan on returning and enjoying the cozy Treehouse again very soon.

Home away from home

When we arrived at the loft studio in mid-January, the weather was chilly, but when we opened the door, the temperature was warm and welcoming! There was the complementary snack basket, which was perfect when we arrived at 4 PM and needed to figure out dinner—just like when you arrive home (there are snacks or food already there)! We stayed for two weeks while we waited for our home in Lake Oswego to be ready. This studio loft has everything, including a fully functional kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and decent-sized washer and dryer. The hosts thought of everything that guests might need when they were away from home—excellent and prompt communication from the hosts. It was quiet and relaxing.I would be happy to recommend this place for short or long-term stays! Thank you, Jay and Rachel!!

Phenomenal stay and excellent hosts

This was one of my top vacation rental experiences. Jay and Rachel have created such a warm, welcoming, and relaxing experience with their place. I could have brought just the clothes I needed as EVERYTHING else needed to live “at home” comfortably was provided. The place is very modern, exceptionally clean, neat, and organized. The home is surrounded by beautiful green trees and lush foliage, giving the feel of being in the middle of a lush garden, away from the hustle and bustle if the city. It is located right off of interstate 5, which keeps you within short drives to all the neighboring cities and attractions, without being directly in the inner city. Jay and Rachel were very communicative in making sure everything was well laid out and checked in to see if I needed anything. Excellent place, excellent hosts,and excellent vibes. I will be staying here again if it is available during my next trip to Portland/Tigard. Thanks for the wonderful experience! Matt

What a jewel

We arrived at night and opened the door to the most beautiful peaceful space imaginable. Then when we awoke the soft light came through the many windows and realized we were truly among the trees. The floor plan and the interior design make the most of such a small space. It is the epitome of what I would call an efficiency apartment. the kitchen is fully equipped to cook every meal there. The cleanliness was definitely five star. The bathroom even has a skylight! Plenty of waffle weave towels and even waffle weave robes. The whole -place definitely has a ultra contemporary vibe and yet in harmony with nature. the location was great for us because our son lives nearby. Didn't make the opportunity to meet the hosts but they certainly made clear that they were available for any concerns, We had no concerns but regret we didn't make the effort to meet them. Can't say enough good things about the "Treehouse" but guarantee we will book with them again on our next visit to Portland.

Awesome treehouse location
