"The apartment was everything we expected. What you see in the pictures is absolutely accurate. The outside garden/side yard was just beautiful! Bob always answered any questions in a timely manner and was available by phone if we needed. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood. We went for a long weekend and was able to walk to the park. Uber is readily available if you don't rent a car. We highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay here again in the future."

"Owner very easy to work with. The apartment is surprisingly roomy for a studio. Appreciated the shower stall instead of stepping into a tub to shower. Nice supply of cookware and dishes. "This is a wonderful, cozy little spot. It's tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and well equipt. I stayed here with a friend while using it as home base to visit family and friends. "Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! "The location of the rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities. My spouse and I were in Oregon for a work trip combined with a house hunting trip. There were a number of downsides to the periphery personally - only 1 fan and an air purifier while it was 80+ degrees outside, a number of the lights either had burned out bulbs or no bulbs at all, and the washer did not work properly.
