"We loved this cottage. The beds were big and comfortable, it was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor spaces with a fire pit and large table. The manager was very accommodating. The only caveat - there are lots of decoration glass pieces throughout the house. We had to store them in closets to prevent small children from breaking them. Overall this was a super nice and comfortable house."

"This condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. All you need is your suit and flipflops. We did one shopping trip at the Publix that that was close by and never left the condo for 4 days. The hosts provided beach chairs and beach towels and sand toys for the kids. We will definitely stay there again if it is available."

It's quite close to the beach as well as lots of restaurants and a Publix grocery store. Communication with the owners & check-in/check-out were very easy. "Home was exactly as described in listing. Manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. Home was in a great location, convenient to many state parks, beaches and restaurants. It was in a great location for a central Florida vacation. It was close to Blue Springs, Wekiwa Springs and Rock Springs at Kelly Park. We also took day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and Canaveral National Seashore. We are a family of 8 including 3 teenagers and grandparents. The home was a great layout...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage near the historic district! Very easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway while nestled in a charming neighborhood. The porch was a favorite spot to enjoy coffee or unwind after a day out. Debra really has thought of everything. We highly recommend!!"

"Very clean everything you need for a nice stay in Daytona. Once the pools and amenities open back up this will be an awesome location. Beach chairs for rent right as you hit the beach. Just bring your beach towels everything else you need is in this location. 🌊☀️⛱️"

"The house sits at a fantastic location. The Halifax river for sunsets to one side and the ocean for sunrises sits on the other side of the road where the house is located. Walk to a Publix or to Bruno’s pizza at the Publix mall. Other little stores in the mall as well. Stop lights to cross over A1A is quite helpful and Dunkin’ close by for your caffeine fix. In my opinion the house is perfect. Lots of parking and a quiet neighborhood. Thank you for sharing your home."
