"This property was extremely well equipped , we didn’t want for anything . It was immaculate inside and out and very tastefully decorated . The beds were very comfortable as were the sofas . The owners were very welcoming and had provided milk , , tea and coffee for us which was a nice touch . The property is easily accessible for supermarkets and lots of attractions . "This is a beautiful house in a picturesque village surrounded by stunning countryside. The house is really well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We did country walks from the house on both days we were there and the scenery was spectacular - there is so much to explore and enjoy in this area. I would thoroughly recommend this property and hope we might return there in the future."

"We spent two nights at this fabulous holiday cottage. Every room was beautifully decorated even down to the radiators. Lovely views across the farm to the Severn bridge in the distance which is lit up at night. Fresh milk and delicious ice cream is available to purchase from the vending machines on the farm. This is by far the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed at the only thing missing for us was a socket with a usb port as we forgot our phone charger plug! We will definitely be back to...

"The property was immaculate and well equipped. The host, Jane was extremely friendly and helpful. A quiet peaceful spot with chickens and sheep wondering around on the common land outside the enclosed garden. My only criticism is that the staircase was steep and difficult for me but it didn’t spoil our stay. I shall recommend to friends."

"The property owners were great and made sure our arrival was welcoming with great info and welcome pack. The property is a unique original cottage with hone comforts and incredible view. There are some great walks and lots of activities nearby and a visit to ye older ferrie inn is a must. As with anywhere in this area to get the most you have to prepared to be a bit active and there are a few steps required to get down to the cottage but definitely worthwhile. "We had a lovely stay here. Stunning views from the cottage and was all very cosy and well-equipped. Great walks nearby and a pub within walking distance. We used the fire in the living room but it doesn't draw very well, so the room got very smoky (but might be my fire-making skills not being up to scratch!). Not the easiest to get to, especially if you have a large car. You'll need the directions, as it's really tucked away."

There are shops locally but we took what we needed for our stay so we could get away from everything. We ditched the car and walked everywhere. "A lovely little cottage that had everything you need. We stayed with our two young children. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it, but we have two areas that weren't perfect. Getting the boiler just right took a while. There wasnt enough hot water on our first night, so the kids ended up with a tepid bath and theln in trying to sort that out we set the boiler to come on early in the morning so we could have hot showers - the boiler is noisy and so woke us up very early. "The property was tired & grubby & not beautiful as described. There were 2 very full large builders skips right in front of the property making sitting out in the tiny courtyard quite an unpleasant experience. In the morning there was no hot water to the property. No tea towels for drying crockery."

The surrounding Countryside is great for waking and the homely feel made it perfect for the 3 toddlers we had with us and as a parent it was amazing that the kids were allowed to play with many of the toys left out.
