"**Review:** We had an amazing stay at this hotel with Laura as our wonderful host. The location was perfectly situated in New Town, with everything comfortably close and within walking distance. On our first day, the hosts kindly circled must-visit areas on the map, making it easy for us to explore, even with our 5-year-old. The Mavyn Cafe on the first floor was a gem, opening early with fantastic coffee and pastries. I highly recommend trying the bramble and lavender loaf! Whenever we needed...

Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back .
