"**Review:** We had an amazing stay at this hotel with Laura as our wonderful host. The location was perfectly situated in New Town, with everything comfortably close and within walking distance. On our first day, the hosts kindly circled must-visit areas on the map, making it easy for us to explore, even with our 5-year-old. Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . Also a hammering noise at 10 pm that went on for a good twenty mins wasn’t welcome . The waiting staff were very polite and friendly unlike the reception staff . "
