On our first day, the hosts kindly circled must-visit areas on the map, making it easy for us to explore, even with our 5-year-old. Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . Also a hammering noise at 10 pm that went on for a good twenty mins wasn’t welcome . The waiting staff were very polite and friendly unlike the reception staff . "
