"Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...

"Excellent hotel/stay with great food options and top notch service. The room was modern/high-tech and very comfortable. Housekeeping was always on point. Less than 20 min commute to Pike Market Place and the harbour. Highlight of the stay was the complimentary car service (in a luxury vehicle) around the downtown Bellevue area. Had to wait almost an hour for the room to be ready upon arrival, but the remainder of the stay made up for it! We'll definitely be back."

The dishwasher was beeping when we arrived but maintenance showed up in just minutes to resolve. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk immediately brought me a complimentary one. Reasonable $20 secure parking but spaces a bit tight. Very comfortable bed. "
