The location of the hotel is great. Everything was less than a mile walk. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Th rooms are small. The roof top was lovely, especially with sunny weather. Definitely recommend.

Great staff, easy checkin, lovely rooftop relaxing area. Only downside was the elevator was out of commission the morning we checked out. We had checkin store some of our luggage the night before and we carried some of our luggage down (we are in our 70's). We then helped an elderly couple with their luggage as they couldn't possibly carry down 4 flights. Although we were advised staff could help, the front desk was quite busy at that time. Would stay again, the experience was A other than the elevator.
