I love staying at this hotel. great location! This was our 5th stay (we’ve booked up to 4 rooms a night) with out of town guests. I wish the rooms still had the chairs and additional seating in the sitting areas. We use to play cards, share cooking and visit in the rooms. The lack of furniture no longer allows for this.

I was unaware of the history of the MarQueen when I booked it. Unique history. Former apartment building for early 20th Century Ford engineers and mechanics working on the Model T. My room/suite was spacious but sparsely decorated/furnished. 3/4 sized refrigerator, microwave and kitchenette with breakfast nook plus a great grocery store on the next block made eating in an option, (plus the room service and many nearby restaurants). no elevator, so if you're travelling 'heavy' you have to weigh the choice of lower room-no view vs schlepping luggage (or tipping heavily) up multiple flights of stairs. Bathroom was old but serviceable (water pressure could have been better). Good location for the price, and parking cheaper by $20 a night vs city center hotels. Staff was great. NOTE: the picture here is very deceiving. Picture makes it look like freshly scrubbed stand alone stone...it's actually old and weathered and It is surrounded by buildings and in a very densely populated part of lower Queen Anne Hill on a major intersection. I would stay there again.

Front desk was very friendly and informative. Our room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was so cute and had we of stayed longer would have been used. We also had a great view of the space needle.
