    Ludicrous check-in policy.

    Our enjoyment of a weekend in Seattle was severely compromised by not being allowed to check in until 4.00pm. Although it does state on their web site that check in is from 4.00pm I never expected that this would be so rigidly adhered to. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable, though they did feel a little tired. At least the rooms were clean which was to be expected after we’d been kept hanging around for four hours while they prepared them. Overall we’d have been better booking a Holiday Inn.
