The building was amazing! It had such a historic feel and was conveniently located near cafes and other food options. It was also near many points of interest, within Seattle. The staff was all very friendly. I would stay here again, if I came back to Seattle.

The rooms we had were spotless, and they’re huge. Staff were friendly, and helpful. I cannot emphasize enough how well we were treated. There’s no elevator, it didn’t bother us - we were offered help with our bags at check-in and out. Great location. This may be my new Seattle hotel.

A beautiful historic hotel beautiful restored. The room was comfortable and spacious. While the bathroom was small there was plenty of surface space which can sometimes be overlooked in hotel rooms. There is a fantastic restaurant, Toulouse, across the street the offers brunch and late night dining even on week days. The absolute best part though was the wonderful, friendly staff. The gentleman who works as doorman, valet, bell hop was a throwback to a time of gentile hospitality that really completed the historic vibes. I’d go again just for him!

It was a lovely stay!! Even though it was a short stay…the staff was friendly and welcoming, the property has been completely remodeled so the rooms were very clean and spacious.
