"Centrally and conveniently located. Very close to train Station, opposite to hotel; and bus station, a couple of blocks to the left of hotel as you exit. Easy walk to Rialto Bridge. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Hotel serves an excellent breakfast for 10 euros pp. This hotel also has a sister hotel, The Carlton - Capri, which is located behind the Grand Canal Carlton. This is lower priced (***) and highly recommended as well. However, the Capri is tricky to find as it is not very visible, with no signage on the streets, except at the front, which is in a lane. Touring the whole canal on the Vaporetto (Water Bus) with a one day pass in the early morning, when not crowded is the best value to see Venice. Start at any stop, and stay on the Vaporetto until you have done the complete round on the Grand Canal...must see is the Rialto Bridge, and the Doge's Palace at San Marco square."
