"Our family of 9, grandparents, 3 parents and 4 kids ages 4-10 had a blast at this property! There was plenty of room for all of us! Nadine was very responsive to messages, even able to accomodate a date change for us! She reached out well before check in to let us know about check in process and a little blip in Wi-Fi which was quickly rectified. The kids had fun jumping in the lake (clear water beautiful lily pads) in the paddle boat and trying kayaking. We had lots of nights around the fire...

"Nice big house and big bedrooms. It was not professionally cleaned. Insufficient basic house supplies, dish towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and only two ceramic coffee cups, one of which had a broken handle"

"Celebrated my birthday in this chalet and I couldn’t ask for a better place! There is (more than) enough space for me and my friends. Staying by the lake was very relaxing, we spent a lot of time in the hot tub just chilling. I appreciate that the kitchen is complete with things that we needed for our dinner. Everything is magnificent. Definitely recommend this place!"

"Beautiful area. Cottage was very clean but upon arrival the cottage was extremely cold and took hours to warm up with the electric baseboard heating. There were no blind/curtains in one bedroom so it was very bright, early in the morning. We would return again but probably during a warmer time of year."

"The hotel is very central, 2-3 minutes walk to CF Rideau Centre. It is at walking distance from the Parliament Hill. Tons of food and shopping options. The front desk staff were friendly. Good room service. The large pool was a plus. We'll definitely prefer to stay here again when visiting Ottawa. "

"We were in room 200, which is at the back of the building. The ventilation was terrible - we had smells (food, cigarettes) coming in through the vents, and couldn't open the window when we cooked so all our clothes ended up stinking. The location and facilities were good though - good gym and laundry room was free.
