"The A/C did not work properly, and the room smelled of cat urine. We needed to go to the local supermarket to buy air freshener and candles as the smell was so unbearable it caused me a headed. There were cats all around the property. "

"The property is in a perfect location walking distance to many great restaurants and good options. Beach is literally 30 yards away. Plenty of parking and the unit we stayed in was newly renovated and offered great space and views. The pool is nice if you want a break from the beach. The furnishings are great and the private patio area is perfect. Sarah was great and is always available if needed. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be booking again when we are able to visit the island again. You won’t be disappointed!!"

"The unit was perfect size and would be for a couple also. View from patio just beautiful with zero obstructions. Easy walking distance down the beach where you’ll find options for sunbathing, water sporting, an adult beverage if you desire with also some wonderful restaurants and some shopping. Getting to other places on the island by car can take some time depending on time of day but this is an island not a major city with highways abound. Enjoying the process is half the fun !"

"Villa Beach House was everything we expected and more. Communication with Isabel before our stay and with Phillipe while we were there was great. The Villa is very private as promised and we were able to enjoy the pool and outdoor space in total privacy. The location is just a short walk to the village and beach. The kitchen, dinning and living room are open to the outside when the doors are open so we would suggest having some mosquito repellant to help keep them away. We will be back next year."

"We had a fantastic time. This was our first VRBO and it was great. We were totally satisfied. The apartment was clean and well supplied, the manager, Linda I think, was timely and friendly and a pleasure to meet. The area was clean and comfortable. Everything worked just fine. The pool and beach area/access was a dream; not crowded, clean, and easily accessible. Very close to Orient Beach, within a few min drive and you could walk there in about 15 min on the beach. Plenty of shopping, food and groceries right down the street. 25 min to Phillipsburg for more shopping. All in all, I hope its available the next time we come because we will definitely use again."
