"The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again."

"The property was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and easily accessible to Pismo Beach and other areas. The patio outside the downstairs' bedroom could have been cleaner and the yard could have been mowed. It was a nice area but not very clean. Other wise a very pleasant stay."

"Enjoyed the property except the 3rd bedroom was not a fit for our group. 80 year olds that need more privacy than walking through the adjoining bedroom. Also too difficult as the beds were against the wall so you would have to climb over each other. One of the couples opted to go get a hotel room."

"We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway."

"We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family member's 30th birthday. The house had everything we needed on a rainy weekend - cozy sofa, game room, well-equipped kitchen and incredible views. It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. Highly recommend!"

"We were in town with family for a memorial service and this house worked perfectly. It is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit. My only complaint is the kitchen table is very small for a group."

"This was our first stay at an ABB. This little house is tucked behind the owner's home with total privacy and is peaceful. The backyard was so beautiful and gave us a great feeling of serenity and relaxation. Loved the spa and fire pit in which we made smores. The inside is clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable also. About 3 minutes away is a state beach which you can drive on, park and relax. The host/owners were right there if we needed anything. First impression of an ABB was the best....

"Although we enjoyed our stay , it would have been perfect had the toilet in the master bathroom was working properly! We had to wait a day for the problem to be corrected. Also the furniture was a bit low for people who are taller."

"Here is my review and I would give the rental 4 stars. I would expect some nice amenities in order to give them 5 stars and this place had the bare minimum so didn't qualify for a top notch review. Nice, bright and airy space overall. The home was clean and the location is good. The beds are comfortable. The coffee service was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies that should be addressed: house was over-perfumed with plug in air fresheners only 4 ceramic dinner plates in a house...

"It had plenty of room for our 7 guests. Nice outdoor area, very well stocked kitchen and a great location. The kids loved walking to the beach to play. I would definitely book this house again!"
