What I did not like was the noise that you can hear (beautiful tall windows but not sound proof). I also was a little uncomfortable being asked if I wanted to leave a tip after check out. "We had the best stay at the Stephan Williams House! I could not recommend it enough. Doc was wonderful and so helpful throughout our stay. The house and courtyard are beautiful and very clean. Delicious southern breakfast served daily. The location is perfect, so we never had to use our rental car in the city (which stayed for free in the parking area behind the house). "The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"
