Bed and Breakfast in Northwood

"What a unique and wonderful experience! The continental breakfast is very ample and delicious. I had the goat cheese and blueberry quiche, and there are 5 outstanding complimentary breakfasts to choose from. Upon arrival, the dining area was decked out from a weekend Alice in Wonderland dinner. A beautiful and creative display. The staff was extremely accommodating. The bed was comfortable; the room a classy Victorian style. The Silver Fountain is an adventure! "

The caretaker was incredibly generous and helpful, providing all we needed for our stay and giving excellent local information that made our stay experience in New Hampshire all the more enjoyable. "My husband and I stayed at the Ash Street Inn this past weekend for a Valentine’s Day weekend getaway. Complementary drinks like soda, coffee and tea, as well as snacks like fresh fruit, chips, granola bars, and cookies made the stay very comfortable. Our room had a remote-controlled fireplace that was so cozy to relax next to, and it was fully stocked with whatever toiletry you could ever need including advil, chapstick, makeup remover (only thing I didn’t find was emergency feminine hygiene...

"Ed and Theresa have a lovely old NH manor and are friendly and terrific hosts. I would have liked some scrambled eggs on the menu for breakfast but everything else was perfect and tasty. It is a relaxing atmosphere."

"The area around the Inn is amazing. Parking limited only 5 spaces. The room looked run down, dirty toilet brush, badly stained paint around the bathroom door framing, heater didn't work. For $650 a night with no breakfast included, beware this is not a B and B breakfast costs extra so it's a BWB bed without breakfast. No vanity products or tea/coffee in the room. Would not recommend staying here, poor value for money. "

"The view is lovely & yard well manicured. The gazebo & patio are very nice. The owners are super respectful, which is appreciated. Most everything was quite clean. The banana bread, waters, coffee & creamer were very nice touches. The decore was wonderfully eclectic. I did have a nice time hiking and going through the antique shops.
