"Chandler's place was perfect for what we needed - big beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy. I also liked this place because it could accommodate parking easily and was quiet compared to what I read you might encounter with other properties in downtown Newport. We simply Ubered to and from downtown. Would definitely recommend and would go back."

"The property was perfect for our weekend getaway for a family wedding. The weather was terrible so we didn’t get to enjoy the cute deck! The string lights made it seem so inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for 3 nights and the house had a great floorplan for us! We loved that you could walk to VH and hear the ferry whistle blow while in the house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and the house felt very private. Thanks for a shirt but sweet stay!"

"We spent most of our visit watching the cormorants out the window or on the back deck, when it was warm enough. Although we missed the sunrise, we did enjoy the sunsets. The house was a block away from Localz, which was a great spot for dinner and drinks. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and had every amenity you would need."

"The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering. "Great location. Easy walk to beach, coffee shop, restaurants, even ferry to the vineyard. Nice open layout upstairs for socializing. Well equipped including lightweight wagon to easily get our chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The two smaller bedrooms in basement level suitable for kids."

"We were so excited to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. The cottage is gorgeous. Parking up front to off load, spacious and bright! The view is amazing including both the sunrise and sunset.
