"The location is in a quiet neighborhood and I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and to downtown Bristol in the mornings. The town is small with a few quaint shops and great bakeries. Location is great if you want to visit Providence, Newport, and Boston. Beds were comfortable and the unit is clean and well stocked. There were even a few treats left out for us which was a fun surprise."

Stairs not attached so could not even get access into the house, inside loose board leaning against the wall with nails sticking out, non-functioning outlets and lights. Workers directly outside door sanding and building beginning at 7am. Communication with owner and local rep was nearly non-existent. Was told it would stop but it didn't. Renters had to wait in car until workers reattached stairs to get access into the home in the evening after they were told...
