A mountain retreat with Spa - Bombardino Chalet
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"Out of all the places we stayed on our north/South Island journey, this is the house we wished we’d had an extra night. The house is lovely, clean, and walking distance along the riverside foot path to the town, where you can grab lunch or set out on an adventure. The balcony has views of the mountain and the kitchen has the essentials. The hosts were super responsive on an issue we had with the hot tub and went above and beyond to make sure al was well."

Mountain Max's Lodge in Tongariro National Park
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (31)
"We are so happy with the place. Kids love sleeping in the bunk beds. We got everything we need in the kitchen. There were lots of movies to watch in the TV. The house was warm when you started heating up the fireplace. The host was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early and check out late due to some delayed situations. Thank you and we appreciate much of your kindness to us."

3.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (38)
"Clean and comfortable. Smart TV and modern furnitures. Great place and location. Upstairs is very warm when it’s sunny. The place is well equipped for a family; washing machine, kitchen etc. Love staying there! Wish there is an English Breakfast or Earl Grey option for tea instead of just peppermint or chamomile or green tea. Apart from that, it’s at the end of the cul de sac so it’s quiet."
