"Nice new hotel"
Besides our interaction with hotel staff during check-in (employee was who checked us in wasn't big on customer service) but our other interaction with rest of the staff was quite pleasant. Only other concern we had was that they didn't have a complete Kitchen, you have to pick up induction plate and cookware from front desk. On our first date they didn't have any available for us to use, but they were able to put us on a list and next day we had an induction burner along with 3 cookware. I loved the idea of having the induction burner instead of normal cooktop that I see in majority of hotels w/kitchen, I wish that I have it from the day 1. Loved the location of this hotel and proximity of all the highways and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this location in our next stay

"Just what I was looking for"
The room was no frills and not much as far as extras but the layout was nice. The desk was perfect to work from but this is the second time I have stayed here because the beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept on in a hotel. My two top items are a reasonable internet and a good bed and I had both. I can eat somewhere else.

Lady that checked us in was super friendly and had several great suggestions for these first timers to Nashville! Also, great deal for being in Opryland area only a mile from Grand Ole Opry!

"Very Nice"
Everything was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was tasty as well. The only issue we had was one of our beds had lots of hair on it but the staff immediately brought a change of sheets. Overall excellent and will be staying again.

"Great location"
The hotel was near major roads and made it easy to get to and from Broadway, The Grand Ole Opry and the lake. It was hosting a convention and was full during our stay. I was disappointed in the comfort of our JR. Suite. I think the hotel could use some updating. The breakfast buffet was also very expensive and there was very little food on it.

"easy access to the sites of Nashville"
They were in the middle of remodeling the rooms so not all rooms were available. Ours was an old one but adequate for the time spent there. Having a breakfast would have been nice. The room cleaners did not replace the condiments for coffee and tea but towels were changed daily and the beds made. Not sure if the carpet was vacuumed or not. Couldn't tell. I'm sure that it will be better once the remodeling is finished.

"Very Nice Hotel next to Galleria Mall"
We were pleased w/the location of the hotel in relation to all the gym sites. The hotel is minutes from Galleria Mall, that has many restaurants, shopping & grocery stores & gas stations. The woman was pleasant at checkin on 7/8. We had a King size bed & pullout sofa bed for 3 adults & 1 child, yet had NO linens for the sofa bed & only 2 standard pillows on the king size bed. I called the front desk immediately & was told they would bring extra linen & pillows, asap. After 1hr we went to dinner & stopped by the office to see if it was dropped off when we were out & the man at the desk told me he was not told we needed the items when he came on shift & that someone would bring them asap. I guess asap @ 8pm is 3hrs bc we didn't receive the items until 11pm. We were exhausted by then after driving 12hrs from CT, unpacking & now having to wait that we didn't even make sure we had everything else we would need for breakfast. In the am the Full Service kitchen in our room, was not stocked, then was told that you need to request every item you need (this was not told to me at checkin or on the confirmation). Again told that someone would be right up with the silverware, bowls, plates, etc & after 1.5hrs of waiting we had to leave. Upon return @930pm still no kitchenware. I called the desk again & was told there was no one who could get the items at this time. Finally at 10am on our 2nd day of our 4 day stay we received kitchenware.
