"Although our room was smaller than we thought it would be , the staff made up for this 10 fold !! Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. We felt like extra special guests as we were treated so well during our stay.The location was perfect, access to the subway and buses we easy, the maps, they provided us, made getting around so easy. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Seoul. Thank you to everyone who made our first visit to Seoul so memorable. "

"Very helpful staffs, especially the Bellman’s at the lobby. We didn’t even have to touch our suitcases. They unloaded off the taxi and brought up to our room and loaded the taxi when we left."

"I chose the hotel due to its location and proximity to public transportation and sites of interest. That is exactly what I got. The room on arrival was clean and provided all basic essentials. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, the pressure of the shower was slow flowing and in some areas of the hotel there is a smell that smells like bad sewage issues. This might well be the case as we were advised not to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl and into the bin provided."

"The hotel is very conveniently located in busy Myeong-dong shopping district. The room condition looks quite old and carpet flooring is not very clean. The front desk staff are friendly but seems to lack motivation. Overall, it is a good stay for my family as we booked a triple room sharing for 4 persons."
