We loved that the apartment is close to Han River and fairly close to the subway. There is a small play ground right next to the apartment and the apartment itself had many books for kids. We unfortunately had a mishap during our stay and the host responded promptly and helped to take care of it in timely manner. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone...

"My daughter & I enjoyed our stay at the Seoul Loft. The management team was great at accommodating our needs. The loft was nice, comfortable and beautiful as in the photos but the 2nd floor loft with the beds was hotter than the main floor even with the AC on, but they got us a fan that helped tremendously. We needed a blender and they found us one. They were very responsive and kind. It’s a great place for someone needing a place to work and enjoy Seoul. The only 2 things I want other travelers...

When I called Expedia customer service for help, they said they couldn’t do anything because the booking was made through a third party (their Expedia Group company, VRBO). The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities.
